Howdy Igniters,
I’ve noticed that a lot of the our members have been using the forum the wrong way which is causing some of your questions to be overlooked.
Here’s the WRONG way:
When you have a question, rather than starting a new topic you’re posting your question in an existing topic/thread as a “Reply”. This means your question is getting buried in someone else’s topic/thread and is NOT getting the attention it deserves.
Here’s the RIGHT way:
Whenever you have a question you want to post in the forum do NOT post it as a reply to an existing topic or thread. Instead you need to click “Start New Topic” and ask your question. This will create a brand new topic for your question and will ensure that I see it and give it the attention it deserves 🙂
