If you’re viewing this page it means that you’ve already received the username and password you need to log in to the Ignited Academy.

REMEMBER: This is your personal login and it is not to be shared with others unless they are an immediate family member (mother, father, child or grandparent) or a business partner working in the same business on the same project. Our system monitors logins looking for suspicious activity and if we detect that your account is being simultaneously accessed from multiple IP’s your account may be temporarily deactivated while we investigate further.

Each time you log in to the Ignited Academy you will be automatically directed to the Dashboard. On the Dashboard page you will find:

TRAINING CENTER
The training center allows you to access all of the step-by-step business building training that has been broken into individual courses that are then organized into individual modules and lessons. This is really the heart of this training platform.
SUPPORT CENTER
The support center allows you to quickly tap into all of the powerful support options that you now have at your disposal including:
FORUM
The forum is fantastic place to post questions to get answers from the team at Ignited Academy as well other members.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
The account information allows you to update your password at any time. So if you would like to change your password to something easier for you to remember, go for it!
WHAT TO DO THE FIRST TIME YOU LOG IN
The first time you log in to the Ignited Academy please feel free to explore and get familiar with all of the different areas.
Once you are done exploring and are ready to get started please go to “Training” and then click on the course called “Foundations For Success” and go to “Module 1 – Introduction & Overview”.
This module contains tons of valuable training including detailed instructions on how to use this program, the website and the support along with lots of other valuable training to start you off on the right foot.
So please watch ALL lessons in this module!
Then, 24 hours of receiving your login credentials the second foundation course called “Rapid Ignition” will be unlocked.
Then every seven days over the next three weeks, additional courses will continue to unlock until all of the courses are available to you.
This staggered approach to releasing the training prevents ‘information overload’ and keeps you focused on the important stuff.
And remember, this courses in the Ignited Academy were structured to walk you through building your first Internet business step-by-step and if you skip modules and lessons you will end up missing important information.

ONLINE SUPPORT
The live online support is definitely the most popular option for our members because you can get fast answers to pressing questions, allowing you to progress quickly through the training. These support options include:
WEEKLY ONLINE Q&A WEBINARS
Each week my team and I host live, online webinars where we will make ourselves available to answer ANY questions you have. You will find the links to register for these webinars on your Ignited Academy Dashboard and I encourage you to go ahead and register for these in advance.
We use the service GoToWebinar.com to run the webinars and this is one of the best, most reliable and easy to use webinar platforms out there. Once you register you will be given a simple link to log in to the webinar and participate through any regular web browser.
IMPORTANT: My most successful members are the ones who attend the webinars on an almost weekly basis. Even if they don’t have a question of their own they will still join the webinar to listen to the questions from other members and learn from the answers I am providing.
SUPPORT TICKETS
In the support center there is a powerful ticketing system where you are able to submit any questions you have and we will get back to you with an answer within three business days or sooner!
Important Reminder: The Support Ticket system is not meant to be the “Training Platform” rather it is meant to support the training to make sure you have answers to questions whenever you get stuck.
SUPPORT PROCESS
Whenever you have a question that is not answered in the training, this should be your course of action:
Step #1: Check the forum to see if the question has already been answered there.
Step #2: Write down the question to be asked on our weekly FAQ webinar where I can answer the question live or if you are unable to attend the weekly webinar or the question is not something you feel comfortable asking in front of other members then submit a ticket directly through the support center and we will get back to you promptly!
ONLINE SUPPORT SUMMARY
We have developed a program that delivers an unrivaled level of training and support and to help us maintain this high level of support I ask that you respect and value our time by following these steps when you do have a question and need support.
Also remember, we are here to support your Internet marketing endeavors. We do not provide general technical support or general “how to” computer training.
If you’re having problems with a program or website that was not developed by my companies please contact the developer of the program for any technical support and troubleshooting.
Please do not use email to send us your questions!
All questions should be sent using the ticketing system in the support center. If you send a question to us via email you will be asked to resubmit the question through the support center so that we are able to track all communication with our members.
The only time you should ever email us a question is if you somehow lost the password to the training center and could not submit a ticket 😀
WEBSITE SETUP DETAILS

Once you have completed all of the market research and have identified the product you want to sell you will be asked to complete the “Website Request Form.”
Once you submit the request we will get to work and will have your website completed and ready for you to begin publishing your content within about 10 business days.

As I tell all new members, start taking action one step at a time. This is not a race and everyone will work at their own pace.
The more time you put into your training the faster you will see results but consistency will also play a crucial role in your success. If you are constantly taking long breaks between training, each time you start back you will lose tons of valuable time re-learning what you’ve forgotten.
So schedule consistent time every week and you will get better, faster results!
